The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was easy. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a train and bus station just a short 2-minute walk away. It made exploring the city so convenient! The room was clean and well-maintained, and I loved the fact that it had a big bed with a built-in TV. It was such a cozy and comfortable space to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

The WiFi didn't work for me, but it might have been because I was in a basement room. Another downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear noise from the bar.

The hotel facilities were great, with asuper clean and cozy room, made great use of the space. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. the hotel was situated in a vibrant neighborhood, which added to the overall positive experience.

The self-check-in process was fun and efficient, and the staff member who greeted us was friendly and helpful. The room itself was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. I particularly loved the Rituals products provided. Despite the lack of a window, the room felt bright and airy, never claustrophobic. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and cafes nearby. I had a great experience at Yotel.
